Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

  1. General Payment Policy

The Journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support editorial management, peer-review processes, copyediting, layout, and online publication. Payment of the APC is required only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. No submission or review fees are charged. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for each accepted manuscript is IDR 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah).

All payments must be made through the Virtual Account (VA) provided by Universitas Mataram (UNRAM). After completing the payment, authors are required to submit proof of payment to the journal management for administrative verification. To :

  1. APC Reduction and Waiver Policy

To promote academic collaboration, internationalization, and appreciation for scholarly contribution, the Journal provides APC reductions or full waivers under the following conditions:

  1. International Collaboration

A partial APC discount may be granted to articles resulting from Research collaboration between domestic and international authors; or Joint research projects involving foreign institutions. The level of discount is determined by the Editorial Board based on the extent of international contribution.

  1. Invited Articles

Articles submitted based on an official invitation from the Editorial Board, including invited papers for special issues or thematic or originate from specific academic activities (such as seminars, conferences, or special calls) conducted in collaboration with the journal.

  1. Reviewer Contribution Recognition

A partial APC discount may be granted to articles in which the first author has demonstrated significant and continuous contribution to the Journal as a peer reviewer, as evidenced by The number of completed reviews; and The quality and timeliness of the review reports.

  1. Full APC Waiver

In exceptional cases, the Editorial Board may grant a full APC waiver, considering academic merit, contribution to the Journal’s development, or strategic interests of the Journal.

  1. Application and Approval

Requests for APC reductions or waivers must be submitted in writing at the time of manuscript submission or after acceptance, accompanied by supporting documentation if required. All decisions regarding APC discounts or waivers are final and made solely by the Editorial
